The painful task

Where were I? Oh, removing the spyware and virus. I installed almost everything possible, a-square, trojan horse killer, spybot, McAfee, norton antivirus...still the PC is not 100% clean. So... to make an easier and peaceful life later...I sacrifise myself to go through the painful task again and for twice! I mean to reformat the PC-lah.... After 2 hardworking evenings, to reinstall the drivers, put back in the programs, get updates, windows patches...I am almost 90% done now...God didn't bless this time, haha, may be is out of GOD control as well. What I can say is the viruses and spywares are just too tough to deal and avoid nowadays...

The first month

I am back to home and started the new job for more than one month now. Although I am enjoying staying at home again, there is still a little uneasiness of losing the freedom comparing to staying alone. Like sometimes i just feel of lying on the bed to read a book on a Sunday, sometime i just feel like skipping a meal...and even sometimes if I don't feel like talking, I can just shut my mouth and enjoy the quietness. Job wise is going good...at least I am feeling comfortable with it. After the tough days for working in UK, I believe nothing can be more pressure than that...at least I have senior to take care of me now, and I will be feeding well by my mum...so there is really nothing to complain for the moment....except for the freedom ....haha...can't help it, I am a sagi, which means I want a 100% freedom... My yogilates class is going well, finished with the 10 days course, making myself to attend the class at least once a week now...Just attended one today....but not quite satisfied with my performance today, probably I am not paying attention in the class, loss my balance for so many times... Okie, is getting late, waiting for the a-square scanner to finish scanning the PC...hopefully can fixed all the spyware prob....GOD BLESS ;) Nighty~~~

10 Days Yogilates Programme

I just started my first class in the 10 days yogilates programme. I chosen the tough "Chi Pilates" for the very first day, struggling myself with body balancing, coordinating and not to say heavy sweating in the heated room. But it is really effective, this morning when I weight myself I am 1kg less, flatter tummy, probably because I skip my dinner yesterday night and only had something light. Anyway, today I am going for something more relaxing, may be the Basic Power Yoga. Still looking forward for another hot session of yoga...sweat, sweat, sweat... Let see how many kgs I manage to shred off at the end of 10 days.
