26-06-03 Thursday I got a TV in my room now, hehe, it was left by the previous tenant for me. Tot that i can lying comfortably on the bed and enjoy watching TV everynite. But it has come to my dissappointment that all the TV programmes are so so boring! So, I finally seen a good tv show yesterday nite! The channel 4 is showing ER at 9pm. Honestly i have not followed the series for a very long time, almost lost track of wat's going on in there. But i am quite happy to watch it again. Wat's the most happening thing in the TV show now? 1st is the Big Brother game show...n now the wimbledon thing that is going around. U almost see and hear it everywhere everyday now... Hmm...suppose to do some work on the project today, but the user licenses for the program is all used up....wat a day! How can i kick off the project with this kind of progression? May god blessed me...

25-06-03 Wednesday Yesterday was my beloved dad birthday, hehe, not going to tell his age here, cause i know he do mind abt it now. Well, sis purposely took a day off to prepare for the dinner gathering, too bad that i was not able to be there for celebration. But i did manage to order a cake package online on monday evening UK time, and luckily it is able to delivered in time yesterday! Today, i have been sitting in the lab for the whole day...started to run the simulation after lunch...still waiting for the rendering to finish, hopefully the result is going to be something useful. Got to do a bit more before i go for holiday this Friday...and finish with the first minimum deliverable before my supervisor come back from his field visit...does everything go fine? Hmm...i am trying my very best, but at least the learning curve is climbing up....not too bad actually.

22-06-03 Sunday I am back!!! Hehe...back to the Matrix world again after disappearing for some days! Phew, it is really a bz days since thursday, rushing for report, packing my luggage, moving out on friday, working whole day in saturday and unpacking and tidying my room. Never had enough sleeps everyday since last thursday, what a exhausted weekend. Anyway, everything is almost settle now, and i am really looking forward for the cornwall trip this coming friday, yeah...holiday! It's really feel good of staying in the house with a bunch of ur closed friends. the house is actually quite nice although some of the furniture are quite odd and some part of the house a bit weared out. So now just waiting for the broadband to be installed the house, and to come out with a cleaning routa for the house and some complaints to the landlord for some bad conditioned furniture and facilities. Gosh, the landlord must be thinking that we are really fussy for just being the sub-tenant for 3 months time. But we spend the money, and that's our right...it will be good for the gals that will be moving in at Oct too, if everything is organised out now. Okay, a thousand of words is not as good as a picture. I will try to snap some photo of the new home and upload to my online photo album as soon as possible. Just be patient at the mean time!

19-06-03 Thursday Today is a memorable day...because this will be my last name in falk egg court! Although i seems to be very eager to move out, but i definitely will miss this place, my room, flatmates....friends around in the court. Farewell to falk egg, and wish all them which has been staying here, or will be moving in to stay here the best...and hopefully the next one that will stay in my current room will enjoy the living here...Adios. PS:/I might not be able to update this log for the following couple of days as the new house is not installed with internet access yet. Hopefully it can be done by next monday as promise...

16-06-03 Monday Another four day has passed. Most of the people already finished with their exam by last week, the undergraduates are having party all the time, day and night, even the postgraduate of business school are enjoying their after exam days...dinner gathering and day trip...how enjoyable. Where as us the engineering dept postgraduates are all tensed up with reports and projects...what a different life. Though the heavy workload , i managed to do a volunteer work for the community fun day yesterday. It's quite an interesting experience to meet up with those kids, just that the weather is a bit hot...and after standing under the sun for the whole day, i got sun burn on my nose! Haha..., I never got sun burn even in beaches trip in malaysia...guess that my skin complexion has changed after staying in UK...

13-06-03 Friday Hmm, the blogger interface has changed to be a better looking one, however the upload file function is not working...that's why u are not seeing the smiley face now. Well well, it is time to end the term of the academic year...means a lot of ppl are going back home, whether in UK or overseas. I am suppose to hand in a written report today, but the dateline has extended to next friday... quite a relief after knowing it...but there are good and bad about the extension. Good thing is that I get to have more time to find more information to be included in the report, it also means more work to be done and the delayed of all the planning for one week! Just 2 more months to complete the thesis...hope that I can finish in time.

11-06-03 Wednesday Ah-oh....so many days of back logged...Well, been too relax for a few days after the exam and the consequences is more work on this week! Need to hand in a written report by this Friday, and it is only when i start doing it that i realise there are more workload than expected. Probably is part of the learning curve, the more you read on a topic, the more questions and the more confused you are... Sigh....before this Friday comes, more midnight oil need to be burnt out...Okie, need to back to work again....i guessed i am breaking my own record of the hours sticking my butt on the chair in front of the study desk....

06-06-03 Friday Yes!!! The exam is finally over...What would you do after the exam, sleeping? How about watching 4 movies in a row? Hehe....that's what i am doing today since this afternoon. Talking about movie....there are so much to download from the uni hub....mp3, mtv, cartoon, movies, tv series, you name it, they got it....oh i wish i could have more space in the hard disk....hmm, may be should add a 40Gig external hard disk to my wish list...

05-06-03 Thursday I am trying my very best to keep a daily log here, but still i missed out yesterday ! Forgetful mind.... Tomorrow will be the day of my last paper for the final semester exam...which means also the end of the taught lectures...2/3 of the milestone completing... Hmm....may be i have underestimated tomorrow paper, now the more i studied, the more uncertainties were found. Well, it is too late to regret anything now....but just to try my best to stuck everything in my head....hopefully it won't slipped away quietly in my sleep later on. Was reading the daily telegraph just now....found an interesting job on the appointments section. Have you ever think of this post? 03-06-03 Tuesday Received a parcel from home today, and also a precious letter from my mum and little sis. When i said it is precious, u can tell that i hardly get a word from them, not even email...That's why i am soooooooo happy today! Finally some response , after me calling back every week to chase up for the letter...haha....U might think that it is stupid to call home and said :" Hey, please write letter to me!". But if you hav been far away from home for long , you would know how much this mean to u. It is not saying that i don't appreciate them before i come to UK, but it is only when i am here, i learn to be appreciate more on everything...so the advise is....stop complaining about life and cherish whatever you have now.

02-06-03 Monday Another month has passed. Hmm, seems like May is flying by. Before i can enjoy the May's flower and spring time, Summer is already knocking at the door. Being well trained to with stand the cold weather for 8 months, a 24 degree sunny day is really a boiling temperature for me. And this was how i feel for the past 2 days....luckily there are still some down pour to cool down a bit. I guess we will need a big pool to jump in when it comes to July and August. Alright, it is finally confirmed that I will be moving out to a private house this coming summer, actually in 3 weeks time. Another good thing to look forward after the exam and the submission of the report. The landlord is quite a gentleman...although being thrown with lot of questions from us, he still manage to handle it patiently. Now the only problem is the installation of the broadband, hope that we are able to get it... if not ... I will be in big trouble :P
